Product Description

This is one of the most popular accessories for flight case or road case, we call it flight case handle ; road case handle , or case recessed handle . The size is 162*108MM, with a disc embedded type. A cavity is dug in the box to embed the handle. Generally, 4, 6 or 8 handles are installed according to the size of the box. This handle has two optional materials, high-quality cold-rolled steel or stainless steel 304.
The material thickness of the chassis can be selected from 0.8/1.0/1.2MM, with 10 5.0 installation holes. The panel and bottom plate are firmly installed with rust-proof stainless steel rivets, built-in springs, and the handle is a 6MM or 7MM or 8MM pull ring. The handle part is coated with a layer of PVC for easy operation.

The installation process of the flight case handle
Drill holes in the box where the handle will be installed. The size and location of the holes should match the dimensions of the handle and the screws used to attach it.

Insert the handle into the holes and secure it with screws. Ensure that the handle is firmly seated and does not wobble.
Check the tightness of the screws to ensure that the handle is securely attached to the box.
Apply a layer of sealant or adhesives to the screw heads and the surface of the handle to prevent water infiltration and enhance durability.
Let the sealant or adhesive dry completely before using the box to ensure maximum protection.
