Butterfly latch, also known as flight case latch or road case latch, comes in three sizes: large, medium, and small. The M917 and M915 series are the large ones, the medium ones are the M908/M907 series, and the small ones are the M901 series. These locks have similar shapes and functions, with a butterfly lock in the middle and a recessed base. The locking function is twisting, relying on manually rotating the torsion plate. This M917 has a size of 127*172MM, a depth of 13MM, and comes with an offset, which is clamped to the aluminum and installed on the box. It is made of 1.2MM thick cold-rolled iron or stainless steel 304, and the surface treatment can be chosen to be electroplated with chromium, electroplated with blue zinc, or coating with black or other colors.
